About Us

Banks Law Firm, P. C. is engaged in the general practice of law, representing state and national corporations and financial institutions, local businesses, and individuals with respect to their business and litigation needs.

Because Mr. Banks was born and raised in Iowa, he knows the hardworking attitude and values of his fellow Iowans. Now with his own law practice Mr. Banks works to assist Iowans with their legal needs. Mr. Banks grew up in Fort Dodge and after a couple of family relocations during high school, graduated from Ogden, Iowa. Currently he lives in Johnston with his young and growing family. While maintaining full time employment with the Iowa Department of Transportation, Mr. Banks graduated from Drake University Law School in 2005. Mr. Banks was admitted to practice law in the State of Iowa the same year.

In 1998 Mr. Banks graduated from Iowa State University with his Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Finance. Upon graduation from Iowa State, Mr. Banks became a commercial real estate agent for CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial Real Estate Company and later an agent for The Cross Corporation.

Currently he is a member of the board of directors for the Waukee Chamber of Commerce.
